How much will shipping be on my order?
To find out how much shipping will be, add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket, and select the shipping region. This will show shipping charges. These are subject to change as this is calculated on weight/size of parcel.

When should I expect my order to ship, and when will I receive it?
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been placed. This will go to the e-mail address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Processing times vary based upon the product. If the item is in stock then it will normally be processed and dispatched on the first working day after you placed your order. If the item is not in stock then you will be advised of the estimated delivery period.

Outside the UK
International parcels are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide on a trackable 3-5 working day delivery service. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.

Within the UK
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post or via our courier Fedex and are normally delivered within 48hrs. Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

I am having problems placing my order?
We have anti-fraud measures that will automatically fail any credit card tried three times in a 15 minute period. If your card fails please try the following:
Check that we accept card you are trying
Make sure there are no spaces in the credit card number
Check that you have entered the correct expiry date of the card. You do not need to enter a start date or issue number if your card does not have one.
Ensure you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card.
Try another card

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact us to make any amendments to an order you have placed.

I have not received my order.
The parcel has been delayed in the postal system. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system (national or international) for a period of 28 working days. It is very rare for a parcel to take this length of time to arrive but we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

If your order still has not been delivered after 10 working days, please contact us and we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.

I made a return, how long until I will see the credit to my account?
Assuming your return has been received and processed, you will receive your credit within 30 days.

Do I have to pay VAT?
We have to charge VAT to all sales made to EU countries, please contact us to discuss if you live outside of this area.
